As an Executive Assistant, you will take on the content and administrative support of the founder / managing director of the t7berlin brand. In this responsible position, you will support and relieve our top management level in their diverse day-to-day business, while at the same time you have the opportunity to take on one of the responsible positions in our company in the future.

Your tasks:

  • You support the founder / managing director administratively and in terms of content in daily business

  • You act as an interface and support for all operational and strategic issues and are the contact person for internal and external inquiries

  • Active sales management and customer care are also part of your expenses

Then you are exactly right with me! I am the founder of the sustainable seamless 3D knitwear label t7berlin and am looking for active support.

In addition to a flagship store right on Olivaer-Platz in beautiful Charlottenburg, I sell my fashion through my online shop and selected marketplaces that specialize in sustainable products.

 

As my label is under construction there is a lot to do and the tasks are very varied and may change weekly but would basically include the following:

  • Creation of Excel templates and reports

  • Customer advice and sales in t7berlin shop on Ku'damm

  • Processing of packaging and shipping orders (also in connection with online sales)

  • Support in daily business - in other words, everything that I deal with as a founder

 

What to bring:

  • Ongoing business administration or (information) technology studies

  • Safe handling of Excel (macro knowledge is desired)

  • Quick comprehension and flexibility, as well as a conscientious, careful and structured way of working

  • Friendly nature and desire to talk to customers

  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English

Initially, the contract is limited to 6 months, max. 20 hours per week. However, there is a possibility of an extension.
